What We DoMaine Roads to Quality Professional Development Network (MRTQ PDN) implements and directs a statewide professional development system for those working in early childhood education and out-of-school time. MRTQ PDN advances the professionalism of the early childhood and out-of-school time field through a range of services, including:
- A state ECE workforce Registry that tracks the experience and training credentials of childcare providers
- Training offerings meeting state requirements for Core Knowledge areas and aligned to best practices
- Credentialing and Apprenticeship pathways for those entering or advancing in the field
- Quality Initiatives that support improvements to provider care
